Heritage Pole Building strives to keep the custom build process as simple and straightforward as possible. We give every client our full attention and we do everything we can to make sure the process is as enjoyable as possible.

CONTACT HERITAGE
1.)
- Fill out the form on our contact page, or give us a phone call!
- We will respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours to set up an appointment with you to walk through your site and hear all about your project ideas.
PROJECT PLANNING
2.)
- Your contractor will meet you to walk through your potential build site and discuss your vision for the project.
- Heritage will create a formal written proposal for you based on the specifications outlined during your meeting.
- We will hop on a call or have another meeting with you to present the proposal and any preliminary drawings.
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL

- When you are satisfied with your build proposal, we will accept your signed copy along with your down payment.
- Heritage will work with your to set a start date for your project, and get you on the schedule.
THE BUILD
4.)
- Once you have signed off on the written proposal, drafters and engineers will begin the final designs for your pole building.
- Your contractor will ensure that your building meets all current building codes and can withstand the expected snowload and wind shear.
- Materials for your build will be ordered, and the delivery date set to coincide with the planned start date of your project.
- Your contractor will be with you every step of the way to answer and questions and ensure an enjoyable building process.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH
5.)
- Once the build has been completed, your contractor will schedule a time with you to do a final walkthrough.
- You will be sent your final invoice, and payment will be due within 30 days.
- You will be given a satisfaction survey where you can give us all of your feedback and notes. This helps us ensure that Heritage maintains its high standard of both building and customer care.
